SP Developments was founded on a simple conviction: the people who keep South Florida running deserve to live in the communities they serve. As the region’s luxury pipeline has expanded, quality housing for its working families and young professionals has fallen further behind. We exist to close that gap. Our track record includes condominiums and single-family homes delivered across the Sunbelt in Florida, Texas, and Georgia, and today our focus is ground-up multifamily development in South Florida. Our portfolio spans the region’s most dynamic submarkets, each selected for its transit access, employment base, and long-term demand for quality rental housing. We also pursue opportunities where the need is most acute, including markets facing a severe shortage of affordable housing. Through transit-oriented development and, where appropriate, Florida’s Live Local Act, we deliver attainable, institutional-quality communities in the neighborhoods that need them most. Our work is defined by disciplined capital stewardship, thoughtful design, and enduring partnerships with investors, landowners, and the municipalities we build in.
